Our delivery system SEND platform which formed of 3 domains the first component PEG10 which is GAG protein forms capsid or vesicle incircles its own mRNA and self-assembles into virion-like The second component : VSVg-Fusogen is a typical type III viral fusion protein that, will mediate the delivery of VLPs to target tissues (hepatocytes) Third component: cargo RNA the RNA needed to be carried by the VLPs which is the mRNA of PAH with the addition of 5’ UTR of PEG10 gene to ensure its casidation by PEG10 capsid
