Design Notes

In anthocyanin biosynthesis study, we need a negative control. We constructed the part without an XVE (BBa_P10300) gene, so SbMYB75 (BBa_K4399003) and SbDEL (BBa_K4399004) can’t be expressed. So anthocyanin biosynthesis can’t be switched on.
