5' arm for hsa-miR-208a-3p

This part is the 5’ arm for hsa-miR-208a-3p (BBa_K4245011). It is the reverse complement to the 5’ half of the target miRNA. The 5’ arm is used, along with its 3’ arm (BBa_K4245105) in the hsa-miR-208a-3p RCA Padlock Probe (BBa_K4245207) and the hsa-miR-208a-3p RCT Padlock Probe (BBa_K4245208).
