This part is the 5’ arm for hsa-miR-1-3p (BBa_K4245006). It is the reverse complement to the 5’ half of the target miRNA. The 5’ arm is used, along with its 3’ arm (BBa_K4245100) in the hsa-miR-1-3p RCA Padlock Probe (BBa_K4245200) and the hsa-miR-1-3p RCT Padlock Probe (BBa_K4245201).
