Design Notes
This part is a complete CDS for 3*repeat Mfp5 protein expression and it use be uesd with part:BBa_K3755030. However, the start codon and stop codon is not contained in the sequence. So please add the start codon and the stop codon to the beginning and the end of the sequence before you put this part into the protein expression plasmid(which we recommend pET28).
