Applications of BBa_K143070

Can be used as the front section including integration sequence of a construct to be cloned into B. subtilis. The presence of a promoter allows a resistance gene or another usefully constitutively expressed protein to be placed immediately behind.

This part was used as part of the Biofabricator subtilis Imperial iGEM 2008 project and was used to assemble the GFP and RFP generator devices with Pveg-spoVG promoters (BBa_K143079 and BBa_K143082) to characterise these basic parts for B.subtilis.
