Design Notes

There is a repetitive sequence between cvaA and cvaB gene. In order not to increase restriction sites, we modified the natural gene and added some nonsense mutations, and other than that there is no need to pay attention.

We get the genomic sequence by NCBI and ordered the part DNA from a synthesis company.
