pEGFP-C2
pEGFP-C2 is a commercially available vector for protein expression in mammalian cells with and without a N-terminal EGFP-Tag. It contains a kanamycin/G418 resistance gene for antibiotic selection in bacteria and eukaryotic cells. Furthermore, it exhibits a ColE1 ori and a f1 ori. The EGFP-MCS cassette is under control of an CMV-enhancer/promoter that can be replaced using the AseI-site upstream of the promoter.
