Design Notes

The composite part Nsp4_CaAP is a combination of signal peptide Nsp4 and CaAP(Calcium Absorption Peptide). The sequence of Nsp4 is obtained from BBa_K3021004 with no further codon optimization. Then we fused Nsp4(BBa_K3606042) to the N-terminal of CaAP(BBa_K3606000) for its secretion into the extracellular space.
