Switch RNA(of toehold)


It is the part of toehold switch which functions as the controller of suicide switch in our project. It could form a hairpin to block circuit and prevent downstream gene from being translated.

We hope our engineered bacteria not express MazF protein accidentally without having functioned yet, while we also couldn’t avoid the environment with oxygen when we cultivate them in the lab. So we added the switch RNA to mazF, following the PCI downstream
