Design Notes

Codon Optimization using the IDT Codon Optimization Software. Codons 547 and 682: GGA (Gly) mutated to GGT (Gly) to remove illegal EcoRI site. Codon 140 AGC (Ser) mutated into AGT (Ser) to remove NheI.
