Anti-plasmodium peptide Vida3

A synthetic short peptide that cleaves the cell membrane of plasmodium. Leading inhibition of plasmodium development during the mozygotic phase. Users can make combination of different kinds and copies of anti-plasmodium peptides, with TEVp cleavage sites in between them, it could be cutted into different sizes of fragments. Each fragment could be effective to plasmodium.


Usage and Biology

The mechanism of killing Plasmodium is to contact with the cells and lyse them.
