Usage and Biology

  • alpha fragment of the split enzyme TEM beta-lactamase

  • works with second half of beta lactamase (part BBa_K103013)
  • contains linker module that allows proper binding of fusion partners
  • This part uses our NdeI/SacI/BamHI fusion cloning substandard
