Design Notes

This part is a mutation of previously part L7Ae. L7Ae is a switch of L7Ae-Kturn System. In this part, we mutant the 106th A to C and make the T to P after translation, which can lead to function losing of L7Ae because of the braking down of α-helix. In our design, this part is used to prove the suppress efficiency of L7Ae.
