((Glycine)x4-Serine)x4 Linker

The linker BBa_K3117004 consists of four repeats of four times Glycin and one time Serine. (Gly4Ser)4 linker is one of the most widely used flexible linker that can sustain the bioactivity of fusion proteins. It was used by 2019 FAU_Erlangen to create a bispecific antibody targeting GPA33 on colon cancer cells and CD3 on T cells.
