RCA&MCA Primer1 for DNA hydrogel

This part is a ssDNA consisted of the aptamer (SYL3C) of the Epithelial cell adhesion molecule (EpCAM, overexpressed on the surface of some tumor cells), linker and primer of rolling circle amplification (RCA, or R, the first step to form the DNA hydrogel). Nine bases of the primer from 3'-prime are complementary with SYL3C. This fragment can recognize and combine the tumor cell with overexpressed EpCAM by the aptamer. Once the aptamer combined with the EpCAM on the surface of tumor cells, the primer is released to start the process of the RCA to form the hydrogel encapsulating the cell. The aptamer sequence can be replaced to recogize various cells.
