This vector is a part of the Chlamy-HUB-Collection. This part is composed of the AR promoter, a B2-B2 linker, the PETase enzyme, a YFP mVenus marker and the Rbcs2 terminator. The part can be used to express PETase enzyme with a YFP marker in C. reinhardtii. The YFP-mVenus tag can be used to detect the expression of the PETase.
