pPA2069+RBS+PrtN

PrtN, a lysozyme activating protein of Pseudomonas aeruginosa PAO1, was linked to PA2069, a promoter regulated by HSL signal molecule of PAO1 quorum sensing system, as a delayed expression system to cleave PAO1.

Usage and Biology

Figure 1. The Yau China team cultured the experimental strain and the control group in LB liquid medium respectively, and detected OD600 every 6 hours with enzyme labeling instrument. It can be seen that the experimental strain began to decline obviously after growing to the stable stage.
