ZhuI

This is a part coding the sequence of a cyclase ZhuI which is originally in the organism Streptomyces sp. R1128. This cyclase is responsible for the cyclization of linear non-reduced octaketide to form flavokermesic acid anthrong. The sequence of this part is codon-optimized for use in S. cerevisiae.
