PP7-responsive ribozyme switch (On to Off) + MS2 coat protein

This part is a combination of PP7-ribozyme switch and MS2 coat protein to manipulate regulation process with another part automatically in the mammalian cells. We built up a three plasmids circuit which aimed to subsequently regulate expression level of gene(s) connected by 2A peptide with regulating protein (MS2/PP7).
