pMET3-yeGFP-CYC1 terminator

Biobrick BBa_K3221202 is a device, consisting of pMET3(BBa_K3221201), yeGFP(BBa_K3221207) and CYC1 terminator(BBa_K2110000). In our project, it is used to verify the functionality of pMET3. In this device, we can obtain the desired methionine concentration in the system by measuring the brightness of yeGFP.
