G41 - i-motif sequence on pTac coding strand

This promoter is pTac with an i-motif forming sequence on the coding strand. The i-motif sequence was a modified form of the human c-Myc promoter's Nuclease Hypersensitive Element III. The -10 element is included as a loop in the i-motif. The p-Tac -35 and -10 elements were adjusted to have 17 base pairs between them, the optimal spacing, and an i-motif sequence was chosen to fit around the -10 element and in the center of the promoter.
