Applications of BBa_K2624007

We used this part to construct the "p-H*" plasmid and "p-H*-U6" plasmid, in order to verify the role of the RNA interference caused by pri-miRNA. Through qPCR experiment, it can be seen that pri-miRNA can successfully expressed and processed into miRNA.
