PDC1 promotor

PDC1 Yeast promoter; Constitutive expression; come from Saccharomyces cerevisiae BY4742 genomic sequence;

pyruvate decarboxylase promoter, can be applied to the formation of CO2 pyruvate and acetaldehyde, relating to a stage of alcohol fermentation, exists in yeast and plants. Widely in a-ketoacid and aldehyde.
