dtxR generator

The BBa_K486004 is a dtxR constitutive generator. This part is composed of:

1. A promoter (BBa_J23108) from Anderson promoter collection.
2. A ribosome binding site (BBa_B0034).
3. A short spacer of 6bp (gtccta).
4. dtxR gene (BBa K2486005).
5. A short spacer of 16bp (ccagctcagtccgcat).
6. A synthetic terminator (BBa_K2486006).

We built this part in order to constitutively inhibit our synthetic promoter, the P_dtxR
