UTRrpsT enhanced promoter

UTRrpsT by combining with J23108, to achieve the effect of enhancing J23108. This part contains J23108, UTRrpsT and RBS. UTRrpsT has the ability to enhance the promoter. If you need to enhance the expression of a promoter, you can add UTRrpsT way to achieve. The reason why UTRrpsT is not a separate part is the possibility that the prefix and suffix sequences form a special secondary structure on the 5'UTR. For more details you can view the papers.In short, it can be used as a combination of a promoter and a RBS.

The enhancement of UTRrpsT may be related to its secondary structure, as shown by the website (http://rna.tbi.univie.ac.at/).

This part derives form part BBa_J23108(https://parts.igem.org/Part:BBa_J23108). 5'UTR will be transcribed and can be used as a regulatory element to adjust the translation process. We chose J23108 and added the 5'UTR sequence (UTRrpsT) thereafter. We found that 6h fluorescence intensity increased by more than 1.5- fold.
