This gene is derived from A.thaliana and optimized for H.sapiens codon in reference to the codon usage. AtIPT4 is the enzyme(adenylate dimethylallyltransferase [EC:2.5.1.112]: cytokinin synthase) that necessary for the synthesis of iP(isopentenyl adenine: kind of cytokinin).

Characterization

We tested the expression of AtIPT4 protein in human cell(EA.hy626) that necessary for the synthesis of iP(isopentenyl adenine: kind of cytokinin).
