Antisense RNA type 2 (Anti2) with Hfq binding site

This part is used in BBa_K2240003. It is complementary to Antisense RNA binding region type 2 (ABR2) (BBa_BBa_K2240004) and bind on that. Hfq binding site is suspected to recruit RNase to degrade the targeted RNA chain. (Wagner, 2009)(Hoynes-O’Connor & Moon, 2016).
