inaZ (GG safe)

This is an improved version of BBa_K584021, which contains the ice nucleating protein gene inaZ from Pseudomonas syringae. Two BsaI sites have been removed to make the part safe for Golden Gate cloning. The N-terminal domain directs the protein to the outer cell membrane where a central repeat domain catalyses the formation of ice crystals by binding water molecules in a way that resembles the lattice structure of ice.
