INP transmembrane domain
Usage and Biology
Ice nucleation protein (INP) from Pseudomonas syringae is frequently used for cell surface display of proteins. [1] This part presents the transmembrane domain of INP. This biobrick is a subpart of BBa_K1890000 and BBa_K1890001. It does not exist individually.
