Strong promoter + Strong RBS + GFP + 10x Histidine tag + double terminator

Strong promoter and strong rbs (BBa_K880005) are used to maximize protein output. The ORF includes green fluorescence protein and a 10x Histidine tag for protein purification. BBa_B0015 consists of a double terminator to end transcription.

This part can be used to test protein purification method or be used as a way to quantify protein expression level.
