J23119、J23116、J23109、J23106 are all constitutive promoter ,CI is an inhibitor which is built to repress the expression of PR promoter. The function is similar with the Part[BBa_K2120325]. The expression efficiency of CI depends on the concentration of plasmid within limits. So, we want to control the RBS active to influence the expression efficiency of inhibitor.
