INP_RC
INPRC is a truncated variant of the inaZ from Pseudomonas syringae (Part:BBa_K1896001). The N-terminal domain was removed in order to prevent localisation to the outer membrane [1], while still maintaining ice nucleation activity [2]. No stop codon is present in this part to allow seamless assembly of fusion proteins.
