Applications of BBa_K1897003

The HasS anti-sigma factor is used in the Has operon signalling system and is used in the signalling cascade to trigger expression of genes under the control of the Has promoter. For an example of how HasS is used in the complete Has signalling pathway, please refer to BBa_K1897007.
