TPA regulatory gene expression system

This part consists of the enhanced promoter PGK1(BBa_K2110012), the tpaR gene(BBa_K2110002), and the terminator CYC1（BBa_K2110000）. The tpaR gene encodes the terephthalic acid (TPA) positive feedback regulatory protein. This protein can bind the TPA inducible leader sequence (TILS) at the existence of TPA and induce the expression of downstream gene. The tpaR protein belongs to the IclR protein family and has helix-turn-helix domain.
