Design Notes

The promoter comes from the following publication: 'A synthetic promoter library for constitutive gene expression in Lactobacillus plantarum', Microbiology, 2006.
The Tldh terminator comes from L. buchneri lactate dehydrogenase gene. (also used in :'Spath et al. Microbial Cell Factories 2012, 11:141').
The RBS comes from the following publication: 'Tauer et al. Microbial Cell Factories 2014, 13:150'.
The whole cassette was artificially synthesized.
