CP8 promoter

Synthetic promoter created for use in Lactococcus lactis but also shows activity in E. coli from 2013 Uppsala team. Of the three promoters that we chose to use; cp8, cp11, and cp44; this one had the highest activity. It does not contain a ribosomal binding site. The paper listed below has more information.
