Design Notes

There exists a protein linker: GGGGS*2, the GC% of it is high, so you'd better keep it in mind when using Gibson Assembly; There is an EcoRI restriction site in dCas9, we have eliminated it by site mutation, you can use our part directly or you need pay attention to your dCas9 sequence.
