Design Notes

The ATP Aptamer is cloned into the RFC 110 and can be transcribes using T7 RNA Polymerase. Cleavage of the HDV is achieved during in vitro transcription. The ATP sensor is a fusion of Spinach2.1 designed by DTU Danemark and the ATP Aptamer which was improved using the JAWS software. This enhanced stem increased the fluorescence of the construct.
