Inducible generator of HisTag-GFP

This part is capable of generating the green fluorescent protein (GFP) under the control of a T7 promotor while codon optimized for usage in E.coli (BBa_B0034). Also the sequence of a Histag is fused to the gene sequence, improving the purification yield.
