Design Notes

One of the eight permutations of two adjacent hixC-flanked "flippable" parts: pBad and RBS-Tet. This permutation has a reversed RBS-Tet coding region followed by a reversed pBad promoter. This part is maintained in the insulated vector pSB1A7 so that tetracylcine resistance expression is driven solely by the pBad promoter. This part conveys tetracylcine resistance at 50 ug/mL.
