Applications of BBa_K1732000

The Gaussia princeps luciferase proteins were reacted with the optimal amount of 3-4 uM of coelenterazine in order to express luminescence. The luminescence values were measured using the Tecan luminometer using the settings listed below and compared to the values generated by the low cost luminometer our team built in order to determine the accuracy and precision of the instrument.
