We, the UMaryland 2015 team, added a pBAD promoter via 3A assembly. Under arabinose induction, we observed a band of the right monomer weight appear on SDS PAGE. More can be seen in the entry for the composite part: https://parts.igem.org/wiki/index.php/Part:BBa_K1783000
