Applications of BBa_K1391109
This is a fusion protein under a constitutive hEF1a promoter. It expresses spleen tyrosine kinase (SYK) fused via a glycine serine linker to a Tobacco Etch Virus (TEV) protease. It is designed for use in a B-Cell Receptor (BCR) tango system in which recruitment of syk will bring the TEV protease in close proximity to a TEV cleavage site fused to CD79A or CD79B and a transcription factor where it then cleaves the site.
