Modified rhlAB coding sequence from Pseudomonas aeruginosa SQ6

This part encodes both the subunit A and B, and together make the functional rhamnosyltransferase I. It is composited by BBa_K1331001 and BBa_K1331004.

It includes both the coding sequence of rhlA, rhlB and the whole noncoding sequence between rhlA and rhlB.

The purpose of remaining this noncoding sequence is to ensure the accurate expression of rhamnosyltransferase I.

Usage and Biology

This part encodes both the subunit A and B of rhamnosyltransferase I, which is the essential enzyme for rhamnolipid synthesis.
