== Characterization experiment on BBa_K1350006--Mdfa ==

 Mdfa is an antiporter we extracted from E-coli.It enables the E-coli survivie in high pH which can up to pH10.
 We performed some experiments to prove that the Mdfa really founctions.
 We performed several experiments with different LB medium. We used: 
 
 3o with mdfa in LB pH 7.0 - 8.0 - 9.0 - 9.25 - 9.5 - 9.75 -10 - 10.5
 3o without mdfa in LB  pH 7.0 - 8.0 - 9.0 - 9.25 - 9.5 - 9.75 -10 - 10.5
