Applications of BBa_J119326

This mutant version of the pTac promoter was constructed along with several other mutants by the Fall 2013 Genetics class at Missouri Western State University. The promoters were built in J119137 (pClone Red). Promoter function was measured using an ImageJ analysis of spotted clones and by fluorescence of overnight broth culture, as shown in the image.PTac Fall 2013.jpg
