iGEM13_USTC_China

This plasmid has a medium copy in DH5a and a low copy in B.subtilis WB800N. And it tends to be unstable in DH5a with the culture. A limited but not high expression of secretory proteins was achieved with addition of IPTG in B.subtilis WB800N .
