sRNA-1 (with Plux)

A DNA sequence whose product is a small RNA, which can bind on the complement sequence of itself. To put together with Plux can control sRNA-1 product for producing by turn on or off of the lux promotor.

The sRNA will base pair to target mRNA, and lower the translation efficiency. Then, it will turn into a shape like hairpin, and recruit chaperones such as Hfq to prevent the sRNA-mRNA combination from degrading.
