RBS SpoVG + LacI + DT

This is a LacI producing part which is proper for B.subtilis. Any promoter can be added to the downstream of that part to obtain a LacI coding device.

This part is obtained from BBa_I732820 part by changing the original RBS sequence with RBS SpoVG via specific primers. And LacI was codon optimized for expression in B.subtilis.
